September 24–26, 2026 — Giant Fence welcomed a valued client from Estonia for a three-day visit to China. The visit focused on the inspection of an ongoing 358 Security Fence order, reviewing production progress, discussing technical details, and exploring opportunities for future cooperation.
The Estonian client had already placed an order for 358 Security Fence with Giant Fence and came to the factory to inspect the products and better understand the production process. During the three-day visit, the two sides also held detailed discussions regarding a potential second project, laying the groundwork for further cooperation.
Day 1: Factory Inspection and Project Discussion
On September 24, Amy and the company driver departed from the Giant Fence factory at 5:30 a.m. to travel to Beijing and pick up the client. After meeting the client at approximately 9:00 a.m., the team headed to the Giant Fence factory and arrived around noon.
Upon arrival, Giant Fence arranged a welcome lunch at Yuxiang La Popo, giving both sides an opportunity to relax and get to know each other before beginning the day's activities.
After a short break, the client was guided through the factory for a detailed inspection of the 358 Security Fence order. The inspection focused on product quality, production progress, specifications, and related details.
Following the factory inspection, the client returned to the meeting room for further discussions with the Giant Fence team. Both sides reviewed the current project and discussed the customer's requirements in detail. They also exchanged ideas regarding a second potential project, including possible product requirements and future cooperation.
In the evening, Giant Fence arranged a teppanyaki dinner for the client, providing a relaxed environment for continued communication.
Day 2: Further Business Discussions and Future Project Planning
On September 25, Amy departed from the Giant Fence factory at 9:00 a.m. to pick up the client from the hotel. The team arrived at the factory at approximately 9:20 a.m.
The client was then guided back to the meeting room, where both sides continued discussions concerning the current project and the potential second project.
The meeting covered product requirements, project planning, cooperation details, and possible future purchasing needs. Through direct communication, Giant Fence gained a better understanding of the client's expectations and provided corresponding solutions based on the project requirements.
At noon, Giant Fence arranged a hot pot lunch for the client. After lunch, the company arranged private transportation to take the client back to the hotel in Beijing.
Day 3: Beijing Cultural Experience
On September 26, Giant Fence representatives Amy and Lisa departed early in the morning and arrived at the client's hotel before 7:00 a.m. They then accompanied the client on a cultural tour of Beijing.
The group arrived at the Forbidden City before 8:30 a.m. and spent the morning exploring this historic landmark. After completing the visit at approximately 12:30 p.m., Giant Fence arranged a traditional Beijing roast duck lunch for the client.
In the afternoon, the client visited several famous Beijing attractions, including Jingshan Park, Beihai Park, and Shichahai. The cultural experience allowed the client to experience the history and atmosphere of Beijing while also providing a relaxed opportunity for continued communication outside the business environment.
At approximately 6:00 p.m., Giant Fence accompanied the client back to the hotel, bringing the three-day visit to a successful conclusion.
Strengthening Long-Term Cooperation
The three-day visit provided more than an opportunity to inspect the ongoing 358 Security Fence order. It also enabled Giant Fence and the Estonian client to establish deeper communication regarding product quality, production progress, project requirements, and future cooperation.
