What is Rectangular Post Fence ?
Rectangular Post Fence is also known as Curved Welded Fence, Triangle Mesh Fence, 3D Fence and so on. Rectangular Post Fence is very lightweight and durable, and consists of a fence simply made by welding metal wires together. Rectangular posts are spliced together to form a basket mesh, and the surface treatment of rectangular post fence includes: hot-dip galvanized, PVC coated, and powder coated.

Why use rectangular posts to connect fencing mesh ?
As the main component of the frame structure, rectangular columns have large cross-section size and strong load-bearing capacity, which can effectively transfer and disperse the impact force (e.g. wind, collision) borne by the fence mesh to avoid local deformation. The standardized cross-section of rectangular columns is easy to be pre-processed, and can be connected with the fence mesh pieces quickly through steel clips/bolts and support fine-tuning of the spacing (e.g. horizontal spacing of 0.5-3 meters) to adapt to the different terrains and requirements of the safety level. It can be flexibly matched with the building frame structure (e.g. industrial fencing is constructed in synchronization with the main body of the plant), reducing the cost of secondary reinforcement.

Characteristics of rectangular post fence mesh
Strong structural stability
The integrated construction with the main body of the building (such as cast-in-place concrete or welded base) ensures that the anchoring depth of the columns is ≥0.8 meters, which improves the wind resistance and overturning ability by more than 30%.
Square angular design increases the contact area of the mesh, and the anti-shear performance is better than that of the round tube connection when fixed with the pressure bar.
